What Oliver needs from you
Oliver recognizes you and asks where you are. Read the package during the investigation so the game lets you answer. Choose the correct address; he then says he is coming. The phone and address guide gives the exact digits and choices.
You need the key to reach the phone. Going outside without completing the call leads to a different ending.
After a successful call
In the hospital epilogues, Oliver visits you. The dialogue says he had been searching around Adrian’s neighborhood. Whether you reach The Empty Cage or Moving Forward depends on Ian’s relationship score after the successful call, not on choosing a different phone number. See all endings.
What I checked
I checked the store voice credit “Oliver - Omong” and the Oliver1 dialogue in the official macOS 1.0.1 resources. His first line is “Hello, Oliver Freeman speaking, may I know who this is?” The morning “How was sleep, my love?” line belongs to Adrian, not Oliver.
