If you still want to play

The pill scene in the screenshots is the drug-use warning in picture form: a dark shape and the red label “Take the pill.” Hide the text box with Space, and use the difficulty option added in 1.0.1 if the quick-time events are the problem. Controls are on how to play. This site is not a crisis service. If the themes are close to something you are living through, stop the game and talk to someone who can actually help.

What I checked

I copied the warning list from the game page and checked it against the Spooktober jam entry. The two lists match. The page also says the characters and events are fictional and asks you to stop and take care of yourself first. It does not give an ESRB or PEGI rating, so I will not invent one. The warning list does not say “sexual content.” VNDB tags romance, not a sex tag. That is not the same as a promise that nothing sexual appears.
